Tax debt, TyEL and insurance certificates in accordance with the Customer Liability Act

For customers

Our companies belong to the Tilaajavastuu.fi service. You can print an up-to-date report of the information required by the Subscriber Liability Act free of charge from there; certificate of payment of taxes and pension insurance premiums, occupational accident insurance and trade register information.

Tilaajavastuu.fi service is free, but registration is required.

You can print a certificate of the company group's valid liability insurance from the link below. The maximum liability insurance compensation per damage event is €3M (3,000,000.00). If necessary, the compensation amount can be increased on a case-by-case basis.

With regard to crane drivers, we comply with the civil engineering agreement between Infra ry and Rakennusliitto ry, and for car drivers, the collective agreement of the Truck Industry between ALT ry and AKT ry.

Nostokonepalvelu is a purchaser of construction services within the meaning of § 8c of the VAT Act, so that the reversed VAT obligation is applied to the construction services defined in the law purchased by the companies mentioned below.

For suppliers

The supplier must provide the Customer Liability Act reports on hired employees and subcontracting involving male labor.

We recommend that our suppliers join the tilajavastuu.fi service.

An explanation is not required for small (less than €9,000.00) subcontracts and the use of temporary work lasting a total of no more than 10 working days.

Required reports: advance collection register, employer register and VAT register entries, trade register extract, tax debt certificate, pension insurance certificate, statement of the collective agreement applicable to the job and certificate of accident insurance.

We require that our subcontractor takes care of her statutory occupational safety and environmental obligations flawlessly.
