Customer Liability Act
The supplier must provide explanations under the Customer Liability Act regarding hired workers and subcontracting involving manual labor. We recommend that our suppliers join the tilaajavastuu.fi service.
No report is required for smaller subcontracts (less than 9.000,00 €) and for the use of temporary work lasting a maximum of 10 working days in total.
Required documents: prepayment register, employer register and VAT register entries, trade register extract, tax debt certificate, pension insurance certificate, statement of the collective agreement applicable to the work and certificate of accident insurance.
We require that our subcontractors meet their statutory occupational safety and environmental obligations flawlessly.
